Our Policy

Due to the intimate nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used items for hygiene and safety reasons. This policy is in line with standard health and wellness retail practices.

Eligible for Refund or Replacement
  • Item arrived damaged or defective
  • Wrong product was delivered
  • Item was not delivered within 5 business days
How to Request

Contact us within 24 hours of delivery via WhatsApp or email (support@vitalove.com) with:

  • Your order number (e.g. ORD-...)
  • A photo of the item and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

We will respond within 24 hours and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
